Claire Calladine

Claire Calladine has been a licensed Realtor since 2009, when she was Rookie of the Year in the largest independent brokerage in Long Island NY, and Top Sales Agent in her branch the following year. Claire moved to Santa Fe in 2015, where she acquired her New Mexico real estate license, and joined Santa Fe Properties, where her first listing was a $1M luxury home in the golf community of Las Campanas. In 2017, Claire relocated to Albuquerque and joined Realty One of New Mexico, maintaining her active role in Santa Fe real estate under SFAR (Santa Fe Association of Realtors), and adding membership in Albuquerque’s Southwest MLS under GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors). Claire’s membership in the two major MLS (Multiple Listing Service) areas of New Mexico allows her listings to reach over 4000 partner Realtors, allowing sellers maximum exposure for their homes. In addition, Claire is able to work with buyers in BOTH geographical areas, an advantage over the majority of realtors who hold one membership only. In addition, as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, Claire stages homes free of charge to her Sellers, a service worth several thousand dollars that propels homes to the top of each price point, netting a quicker sale and more money for the homeowner. Staging is a proven ally in selling a home to its maximum potential, and Claire has staged EVERY home she has listed since the beginning of her career with resounding success.
